The Hidden Studio is an Inviting space that supports self care with a warm, welcoming and engaged staff. Stephanie is an experienced instructor and led class with a mix of teaching and yoga. A great class experience that embodies the yoga spirit and supports mindfulness. The Hidden Studio is a "hidden" gem! I would highly recommend taking a class and checking out this beautiful studio!!

I've been wanting to try yoga for a while now but was intimidated. My daughter wanted to take a kids class on Saturday's. I took her and found out there was a men's class on Thursday evenings. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I physically feel better after only two classes. The instructor is great. The pace is perfect for beginners. Not intimidating at all. This class is a great way for men to get comfortable with yoga.
I first met Cathy in 2005 when she hired me as her assistant manager. She is a wonderful person and friend. She has always been very professional with her clients as well as her staff. She has a spark for doing what is best for everyone around her. She always puts everything into what she does and it shows in this studio. It is beautiful, on point on price and is a very professional environment.
The space is clean, modern, peaceful, calm... it is simply beautiful! The three times I have visited The Hidden Studio, since I have discovered it on New Year‘s Day, I was warmly and happily greeted by staff ready to answer any questions I had. The instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to assist in whatever way based on level of practice, and where your body is at. Look forward to many more future visits.
I have worked under the management of Cathy Taylor. She always took the time to understand all the concerns of her fellow co workers. Always ready to handle any situation in a calm manner until the matter was taken care of properly. She runs The Hidden Studio with the same care. I know you will love what she has done and hope you take the time and visit her soon.
Perfect place for self-restoration. Friendly calm atmosphere, great instructors, the owner Cathy is amazing. And if you didn't know, there's a super cute shop with yoga friendly goods. You can not only calm down, retreat your soul there but get a special gift for yourself

I'm so excited about this "hidden" gem! The Studio is beautiful and the owner has poured so much love and energy into it! Cathy Taylor was my personal trainer before she opened the Hidden Studio and she is a very caring coach and an expert in her field. I'm excited for Londonderry!
