Such a great ER Experience. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. The Doctor went above and beyond to help me including call my primary doctor. He is an excellent ER doctor. My visit was 2/24/21 around 7:15pm. To find out the Doctors name. I was very impressed.

I took my 11 year old son to Lonestar ER to be tested for Covid, and then a few days later had to take my 13 year old son to be tested as well. I was very pleased with both experiences. They were fast, helpful and friendly. Marshall did the tests on both of my sons and he was very gentle. My 11 year old had been tested at another clinic months before and cried and freaked out when the test was administered, but with Marshall at Lonestar ER, he said it was not bad at all. My 13 year old said the same. I wish I remembered the nurse’s name from the first visit, but I do remember Helen from the second visit. She was very patient and a good listener, as was Marshall. I cannot say enough good things about Lonestar ER. When I travel out of the country next month, I will need another Covid test and will definitely be going back to Lonestar to get it! Good job Lonestar ER!!

Marshall was great and made our visit super pleasant. The entire staff was very informative and our wait was under 1.5 hours. Very impressed with front desk staff that welcomed us outside as well as technicians. A special thank you and kudos to Marshall for his medical insight and professionalism. I went in for a Covid Rapid Test and the team was very helpful. They explained the process to me the day before when I called. They were helpful getting registered on the day of. And the entire staff was extremely friendly during the whole process.

I had the unfortunate occasion to need their services recently and of all the medical facilities and personnel, nurses, and doctors I have ever had the occasion to see, these professionals were the very best.
