I received telephonic services here while in quarantine and all I can say is I would have been better off watching youtube videos on mental health. My therapist was very uncompassionate and seemed to believe the solution to everything was getting to work. During a pandemic. This is the sign of someone who is clearly just in it for the money. I have been in therapy since I was very little and have never encountered something like this. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the supervisor to speak about this type of behavior. I hope you guys do better in hiring therapists who actually care about people's mental health.
