The hypnotherapy sessions with Mee have been very helpful in getting rid of blockages and gently refocusing my life on a path of happiness and overall success . The results are definitely there. My perspective changed on one session! I needed to learn to combine spirituality with good business sense. When I was under hypnosis, Mee guided me to a place where I met another 'version' of myself. Someone who had already mastered the business world. She guided me to merge with this other 'me' and asked if I could bring this skill back with me. It's been two weeks after that session and I noticed that it's easier for me to be practical. I started a business plan. I'm working with others to create events and retreats. This was something I could not bring myself to do before. It seems effortless now and it almost seems silly that I struggled with that before. THANK YOU, MEE!!!

I had been dealing with some unresolved anger, sadness and fear, because of long standing harassment from the Courts and legal system that was holding me back from achieving the life I wanted to create for myself. After one session with Mee Vaj using the Mental Emotional Release Therapy (MERT), the anger, sadness and fear quickly disappeared. Immediately I felt lighter. Now I no longer experience the same anger, sadness and fear I used to. In fact, I cannot even find those emotions anymore. I met Mee when I took her self-hypnosis workshop that I found through a Reiki master we both know. It was extremely informative, and I came out of it feeling like I knew a lot more about hypnosis, how it works, as well as more about my subconscious. After that I decided to contact Mee to work through challenges I face, as well as strengthen my intuition as I pursue a path down reiki and energy healing. I decided to purchase 12 sessions, to really give myself the opportunity to grow, and I've currently completed 6. Already, my confidence and self-esteem has improved, my anxiety has decreased, I learned about ways to tweak my already healthy diet to accommodate anxiety, and I have learned about a concept that has really this particular recurring communication issue with my husband! I'm excited for the next 6 sessions, and plan to continue working with her further after that. I already knew the power of the subconscious prior to self hypnosis, and it's amazing to be able to access that part of my brain and see results quickly!
