I called AAA because the battery in my vehicle was dead and the car, parked in my garage, wouldn't start. I was given an ETA of 30 minutes. Local Long Beach Tow truck arrived in about 15 minutes. The driver was competent and professional. Called AAA and within 15 minutes James arrived. Very nice and friendly. Got my door open and the keys out. Great service.
James was awesome! Arrived 15 mins earlier than the expected time. The service was great. We got a flat on the freeway and the tow truck came quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Hopefully , I won't need this service again, but if I do, I'll ask for James again.
I received outstanding service today from Local Long Beach Towing Services. Kind professional and provided great fast service. Unfortunately for me the alternator was the culprit and I needed a new one. Just the same, I wanted to call out James. He's got a nice way about him and I appreciate his competency and professionalism.

The dispatch team was also super helpful and checked in while I was waiting. Even his speculation for what was wrong was exactly right (crankshaft position sensor). Everything went smoothly and efficiently.
