I had a great experience @ LBW, the ambience is suited for musicians, I felt right at home, the customer service was great! knowledgeable ,and friendly! Brian worked on my Horn, hooked it up with some \B\ man TLC and it sounds fantastic! All that at a right price... Thanks for the love... Paul... Smiles!!!!!

Five stars, excellent service! After three attempts and a lot of money to some other people whose repairs left my daughter's clarinet unplayable (claiming it was my daughter's beginning clarinet skills that the low notes still would not play), I came to Long Beach Woodwinds for help. With 10 minutes and a very small fee, Long Beach Woodwinds made three adjustments and the clarinet now plays perfectly. This is the only place we will ever go for future instrument repairs, even though it is a bit of a drive for us. They definitely know their stuff.
