This place is new but the same owners as before. They survived the pandemic so far but we need to support the local shops. I did not realize it changed and decided to walk down to get an empanada.....and what a wonderful surprise! First of all the woman behind the counter was just lovely. So sweet and kind. She answered all of my questions and gave me a little sample. I got the Cuban Empanada and Vegan Empanada and the Guava dessert. I will be back for the Tres Leche Cake! It looked amazing! And the cake slices are HUGE!

Sad to see that Cesar's Bestro is now a bakery. I wish they would of kept their menu as it was. Enrique's set up outdoor eating in the parking lot, I am curious why Cesar's didn't do the same. Cesar's lunch and dinners were delicious. The rice with the vegetables, chicken and shrimp was so good! The empanadas, salads were very very good. Everything on the menu was delicious. I doubt we will ever go back now that it's a bakery. So sad, we really miss eating here, we use to go a least once a week.

I found this place close to home on OpenTable made reservations and I was happily surprised. The location of small and quaint and features beautiful paintings. Great little place to look at art work. The restaurant features in open door floor plan so the restaurant is inside and outside with a few tables outside for outside seating. The food was delicious everything we got was very good, the service was nice the food was fast and they have a variety of Peruvian Cuban and other Latin American foods. The meals are big so go with an appetite. The price for food is also good.
