This is one of the distribution hubs Ricoh operated. I was there to make a delivery. I went to tge security gate i was given in my delivery instructions. The security guard told me that no deliveries were allowed at that gate and that i had to drive over to the airport oposite side of the building to make my delivery. 20 min larer i am at the oppisite side and the security guard tels me that deliveries Are made at the the other gate the one i just left. Two supervisers were called neither knew anytging about the delivery. I wasted an hour there before someone came apologized for the confusion and delay and took the box. Security guards have no clue as to what the other is doing
