Wonderful little gem. A peaceful and delightful outing for the whole family. The barn animals and tractor were the highlight for my toddler and I loved the gardens (I also loved the animals too). The historic buildings are also just as lovely to see from the outside (since you can't go inside).

Thought that Rancho Los Alamitos was a great area to visit. It’s completely free (though they take donation), you are freely allowed to see the animals on site, and you get to see the amazing landscaping of the area. The only part not shown is the private tour of the ranch house, which you cannot take photos of. It’s a great place to go relax, be mindful, and enjoy the day at.

I Love the grounds! The gardens are amazing. Sad that the museum and Rose Garden are closed due to Covid19. I simply cannot wait until it is fully open so that I can return.

Day or night (preferably night) this is a must-see for all ages. Come alone or come with a friend. Truly an experience to be had. Bring some food and your favorite drink then just sit and watch the passerbys dance below the lights. A little creepy but definitely fun.

First time here it's not too big but it's also not too small it's just right if you want to take a nice little walk through some pretty flowers I would definitely come back here especially because they have animals here they have bunnies horses and sheep. The place is very clean and organized and their gift shop there is also very nice you can also request for a tour if you'd like but you have to let them know when you check into the front which I would think would be a pretty good idea cuz you get more information.
