Great experience! They had exactly the brands we were looking for and were able to observe my son's gait to make sure they brought out the right shoes. My son is really happy with his new Hoka One running shoes.

They can do a 3d foot scan and also a sensor to measure how your foot changes pressure as one walks. Based off that data they have shoes to recommend for your fitness needs. Then they have socks that are supposed to help with preventing blisters!
Both Priscilla and Cameron at the Long Beach Exchange store are excellent. They greet you promptly with a positive attitude and take the time to work with you for the proper fit shoe. When a pair of shoes have to be ordered they contact you in a timely basis when they arrive at the store. They also take the time and not rush you when trying on a few different types of shoes that you would be satisfied with for performance. I visited the store couple times with both Priscilla and Cameron and again, it is a pleasure for them to work with me on another pair of shoes.
I went in to get some inserts that my chiropractor recommended. Anifa helped me out. She asked me a few questions and took a look at my feet and suggested that I get new shoes (which I already knew I needed because mine were in bad shape) and skip the inserts. In about 10 minutes she got me fitted for the perfect shoe. I'm excited to try out my new shoes and getting them was such an easy and pleasant experience! Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!
