DO NOT RECOMMEND! For several days now, they do not pick up the phone when I called. I leave voicemails, and they have only responded once through voicemail. Today I called early morning and the receptionist sayd, \I have the wrong number\ and hanged up before I could say anything. (I mentioned that I wanted to make an appointment). I redialed and they sent me straight to voicemail. I called again through a different phone, and they did not answer. Very unprofessional and childish.

Disappointing.. The way they handle their office hours are ridiculous. It says their closing hours at 5pm and I respect it enough to come here early before the time. Got here by 4ish, however to only be turned away by secretary lady. She saw us and went ahead to turn off all of their lights and hidden away. All I wanted was to make a purchase on the hearing aid batteries and nothing else. I would understand to close if it was for other kind of services. My hearing aid battery right now is my last one and is dead. So much for the customer services.
