We adopted our sally girl from here a little over a year ago. The process was fast. We were able to take her home a week later after she was spayed. We absolutely adore her. She is the best cat ever. Thank you.

found stray kittens that needed serious medical attention and took them to this place. i was treated like a 5 year old and talked down on by this lady who is supposed to be an “animal care specialist”. i understand that there are other costumers who had appointments but when i was trying to convey to this woman that the kittens really needed help and i couldn’t wait in line for 2 hours she told me that i was not responsible for animals and continued to be completely disrespectful and a terrible representation of the animal shelter. she told me that i had to be 18 to drop off strays- which i did not know. i am 17 and obviously if i had the decency to rescue these kittens and take them to medical care then i am not an irresponsible child (which is what she called me). she took a huge chunk of time out mine and my friends moms day and lied to my friends mom and told her that all she had to do was sign the papers and show her ID and then she could leave. but she told her that she would have to stay until they could take the kittens inside which is COMPLETELY ridiculous. she was in a time crunch to go back to work and this lady was extremely unaccommodating. take your animals/strays somewhere else.

I put in an application to adopt a little chihuahua named Jasmine and was told by email my application would be reviewed and they would contact me. I never heard from them. A week later I see her with a guy from there on the news trying to get her adopted. I am retired, single, own my home and have had dogs all my life My last dog passed and he was 16. He was very loved and well taken care of. It would be one thing if they interviewed and gave a yes or no instead of leaving people hanging and not adopting from a different shelter hoping they will get the dog they wanted. I feel sorry for the animals because they are being denied loving homes.

Usually good service but not so currently. They aren't equipped during the pandemic. Long waits, even with an appointment. Bring exact change.

I would like to give more stars and my husband and I did adopt Captain, he is a senior for senior companion. It is the process of adoption that wasn't handled well. Hours to do paperwork and honoring our vetrans advertisement wasn't exactly the truth either? We were given the run around on pay this now and you'll be partially reimbursed..blah blah blah ...long run is these babies need good forever homes its not a perfect world but at least Captain found his.
