I've taken Studio 105's Acting Classes with Steven and Cruz Teaches Improv. Both classes have been so helpful with building my confidence. I am not an actor and I'd never taken an improv class before. I signed up because I struggle with overthinking when speaking in front of others. These classes have really helped me feel less anxious and, instead, supported by others. I was even able to participate in my team's improv showcase due to the support of my team and instructor. My next round of improv with Cruz starts tonight!
