I am disappointed in the (lack of) service we were provided with at The Social List. We tried to get a table mid afternoon Saturday, and were told we would need to wait. All good, to be expected on a Saturday, especially when things just started reopening. Unfortunately, when I asked for a glass of water while I waited I was rather rudely told no. When I asked why that was he told me because we are in a pandemic. Sure thing, I am well aware of this, what I was unaware of was that somehow people now are expected to do without water? We then proceeded to wait well over the estimated time, to which we then saw people who came after us being seated before us. That was when we decided to cut our losses and just quit while we were ahead, or rather before we could even get seated. I am giving 2 stars solely because I have been here before closures and was a fan, the food was delicious and I recall the service being better. Life is hard right now, I get that, with that being said just be kind, do your job and all will be well. Not sure if I will be going back, if I do I will for sure be on red alert if/when that time comes. Stay tuned!

Great service and excellent vegan selection. They’ve become a staple during stay-at-home since they always get to-go orders taken care of quickly. If you’re in the neighborhood this is a must!

Ate at this restaurant yesterday Sunday morning for brunch. First of all great service and delicious food! I forgot our servers name but she had blonde hair, very bubbly and pleasant. She was great. I had the crab cake Benedict and my wife had the eggs in marinara sauce. Both were delicious. Small portion size but it was just right. Ambiance was nice and clean. Also had a bottle of bubbly for just 15. Great deal. We were going to go to breakfast bar but glad we found this instead. Look forward to coming back. Also I appreciated the earth friendly disposable plastic utensils.

Great restaurant and great location. The menu has a lot of great options and a lot of vegan options as well. We were sat immediately, but the service was not the best. Took a while for everything to come out and to be checked on, but the food was delicious. Only exception was the pickled eggs - I think they just didn’t have enough time to pickle them because they tasted like regular hard boiled eggs. They were a little disappointing. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back and recommend this restaurant.
