Art was very friendly and accommodating. He has a large inventory and I tried on six wigs before I decided to buy. He was patient and showed me everything, that I asked for and more Art very knowledgeable about the different styles, where they were located and was quick to retrieve them. I recommend you check out the Wig Factory, before buying from any other store. Happy First time Customer
Customer service is great! The owner took time to teach me about wigs and I tried on several different styles without feeling pressured. There is a good selection and the prices are really reasonable!
Very warm and welcoming
The guy was very nice and friendly. He immediately mentioned which sides were over 100 and which were under to make things clear. He told me how to put it on, care for it, and what products to use. Even though he had products to wash it, he said baby shampoo is cheaper, which was awesome that he thought about me and how much I'd be spending. He was extremely helpful and I cannot believe this place had this low of a rating!! I checked out 2 other places first and this was the best by a mile. Definitely shopping there again.
