Our son recently moved to Long Beach to attend UTI for collision. We needed to find housing for him while he was in school. Our experience with CHS and Eric has been wonderful. We had to postpone the enrollment date due to Covid, and Eric was so accommodating and always returned my phone calls. He always kept us well informed and the housing is very nice and close to the school. He made the moving-in experience very easy; and the information regarding the lease was upfront and very clear. It is very refreshing to work with somebody who is professional, responsible, and caring.

I am from out of state but thanks to the housing department I was able to house comfortably for the year that I was here. Eric was constantly in touch with me ensuring all was well. The housing provided was affordable, comfortable, and near the school. The only issue was the slow response rate from student services but eventually they did respond with the information needed. Other than that my time at UTI was well worth the everything it took.
This place was really good, I went in with confidence and they staff are really helpful.... only thing is that unfortunately I’ve ran into some trouble that requires me to drop out from the school, but I’m not sure how to do it.... if anyone can help me out that would be very much appreciate, but overall the school is really nice and an awesome experience.
