I came here for my global entry interview. This is located in a beautiful part of downtown Long Beach. There are numerous places to park around here including some paid parking. It was very easy to boccage and the signs show you exactly where to go. The agents were very friendly and I was able to complete the interview and to be their total less than an hour.

Very pleasant experience. I recently became a US citizen and needed to update my Global Entry to reflect my passport (instead of Green Card). I didn't need an appointment for this. It took around 5 minutes for the nice lady behind the reception to update my information (I checked my details online before I left the office to ensure that they were indeed updated). Great folks.

What a pleasant experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The interview setup was efficient, and the officers were especially pleasant - professional and interactive. Thank you!

Ditto what previous reviewers have written. Fast, efficient service for Global Entry interview. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and that included waiting. All you need is your passport and driver's license, they take your fingerprints and a headshot. You get your Global Entry card in the mail which you don't actually need for foreign travel unless you go by car to Canada/Mexico. There's meter parking on First and Elm. Entrance is on Long Beach Blvd, not Ocean Blvd.

Two of us went for a Global Entry application appointment/interview. In and out in maybe 10 mins flat. Nice, friendly staff, great service. Efficient and pleasant. Even the lobby receptionist was surprised how quick we were.
