We were looking for a specific whiteboard product to help us in our work with abused and neglected children. These particular whiteboards are integral to what we do and we could not find a replacement anywhere. The salesman on his own tracked down a previous version of the product that had not yet been sold out, which was ABOVE and BEYOND any other company we asked to help us find just one more unit, as the manufacture had discontinued the one we needed. Adam went ABOVE AND BEYOND calling me back and offering me the only option I could find literally world wide that was new and not used. THANK YOU.
