Let me start by saying that I truly like Dr Khalili and the care he gives me and I absolutely love much of the staff. I have some wonderful friends working there. However - since the acquisitions ( multiple) of this practice things have not so much gone downhill as they have plummeted off of a cliff. Today was the third (and final) time that I have waited so long without word or warning of a delay that I just left. Frequent long and unexplained waits, cancellation of appointments that are rescheduled more than a month later, promises of calls to schedule that never come. And forget , and I mean forget, trying to get through on the phone. If you are patient enough to let it ring for a long few minutes, you will likely be answered, put directly on hold, and then wait 3-5 minutes or more (I will say more because I hung up during 3 and 5 minute holds today and my wife gave up after 4 minutes). So to recap. I left in frustration after my 9am appointment was not called by 9:45. At 10am, they called and left me a message to call them right back ( gee, after an hour they finally got around to me) I called back twice , letting the phone ring for a good 2 minutes before being answered and placed on an immediate hold for several minutes each time). If you are retired, living in a nursing home, or don’t get out a lot- this may be acceptable. If you work, however, and purposely schedule appointments “first thing” so as to minimize the missed times at your job, then avoid this place because schedules mean absolutely nothing to them.

Dr. Khan is the best. Very interested in what you have to say. Spends time with you, never rushed . Staff and Nurses are always friendly. After reading some reviews here, maybe those folks get what they give out. Use some manners and a smile and I bet you’ll get the same in return.

Doctors and nurses are lovely but you’ll never get through on the phone to even make an appointment to meet them and find out and if you do, you'll wait in the waiting room and exam room for at least an hour after your scheduled appointment.

Terrible experience the 2x I have come here. The doctor rushes you out and doesnt even care about how you feel or your symptoms. The staff is miserable and doesnt even make eye contact with you. The staff was clocking out as I was asking questions...Not sure why any of these people are in the healthcare field as they do not seem to care AT ALL.
