Easily 0 stars, this place is horrible. Old and expensive machines. Staff ignorant and rude. Don't go, choose another laundry. Also very dirty.

Not a good laundromat the machines are only 25minutes how clean can your clothes get st acost of 2.50 normal load
Gonna be moving soon but this laundromat is great. Actually gives hot water when you put hot cycle, not like other laundromats. Big space & employees are wonderful
I always get my laundry done by an Asian owned laundry mat and today they dragged my laundry bag on the floor it was covered in dirt. I am a loyal customer I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and when I called to speak with the manager, she acted as if she wasn’t the manager and wouldn’t address my concern. So I’m glad that these businesses are getting less customers Bc if they are going to act ignorant and rude they don’t deserve customers at all. This place is called king coin laundry in Long Island city NY.
