I really love my Nespresso machine, however the customer service is simply AWFUL here. I placed an order over a week ago. The "order history" marked my order as shipped and gave me a tracking number via UPS tracking. I also was provided a date of delivery. When the order was not delivered, I rechecked the site and now, it has NO information listed. I called the company & spoke with a rep who advised me that my order hasn't even been given to UPS yet and it will be at least another 5 days before I will even get it. When I advised the rep that I can have the same products delivered via Amazon in TWO DAYS, she was completely silent. I mentioned wanting to go direct through the company, but they have misled me for the second time regarding my order. Look, I know it's just coffee, but, if you place the order and it's marked "shipped" that is VERY misleading when the package hasn't even been boxed up yet. I cancelled my order and went to Amazon. I only paid a small fee to have it delivered tomorrow. Up your game, Nespresso. It's ridiculous that a third party can get your products to me in a day and you can't even box mine up in over a week.
