Yeah, I had to go in to get the ceiling headliner fixed on my 04 Mazda. It's fairly common for it to start coming apart. No biggie. It's an old car. These guys had the best rates and it's a ceiling liner so I didn't think I'd need to spend close to a grand for it and I didn't have time to do it myself (I re-did the seats myself). Turns out I guess I should have paid up or taken a couple of days off work. The new liner was lumpy, pits all over he place, some molding wasn't properly replaced. I put the molding back myself and I just let the lumps go because I figured that's what I paid for, the lower cost, and I don't have time to be sending my car to the shop for cosmetic work. Fast forward a few months. The liner is coming down. Okay, fine. I call the place, the lady was very accommodating, just bring it in whenever I can, they'll fix it free of charge. So I do. Just got it back. Even lumpier than before, most of the moldings are not properly re-installed, one molding is cracked with all kinds of scrapes like they got a guy with palsy to pry it off with an ice pick. The actual ceiling piece doesn't seem like it's properly attached to the body and the front ceiling light no longer works. I'll be giving them a call to rectify this but I don't see what can be done when a second go actually made things worse. Look, everyone here is really nice, they seem to work hard (which is why it's two stars and not one), but the quality seems like it's a bunch of kids who decided to start a business doing something they learned about on YouTube the week before.

Don't go there. They don't know how to make seat covers. Wrinkles on my seat cover. Old management was better. They are new and not good.
When I recieved my truck I found a missing mounting bolt on my drivers seat, stripped torx bolt on seat belt mounts and the 60/ 40 fold down seats were reapholstered over one of the pull down latches. Not a good experience at all.
