I've had the pleasure of meeting the residents of this community and they are terrific people individually and as a whole. The grounds are well manicured and very green with lots of old trees and gardens. There's even an on-site nursery, playground, and basketball courts all in a natural setting. It is truly a nice respite from the busy city we live in.

A great place to live and visit.Lots of grass ,trees and benches .Coop has nursery school ,playground,full basketball court and 2 community rooms that can be used to rent out for parties!

The buildings look a little bit old from outside. But they are maintained well. The sharing spaces, playground, community rooms add the value to the property. It is about 10 minutes walk from the subway station. So it is not that noisy.
