It used to be pretty good. But after the reopen in 2021, this location is under staffed. I always needed to wait a long time for my order, even when I ordered through Clover 15 minutes in advance. I'll update my review when it's getting better.

Great Chinese fast food. The noodle options are all freshly made and taste great, the dumplings are good too (best for sharing). The service is fast and efficient: it's counter service rather than at tables, but it took a minute or two for our order number to be called. There is extra seating upstairs. One minor complaint is that the seats are bolted in place, so there's no adjusting to where you're comfortable: sit, eat, and go.

So happy there's an LIC location! Every time I've visited, it's never been super crowded which is great. You always have to wait a few mins while they prepare your food to order. If you're unsure of which spice level to get, I'd say err on the side of caution. I'm noodles over soup all the way. My go to is the spicy cumin lamb (N1), but I equally enjoy the beef (N2). These are heavy dishes so I always get the cucumber salad (L2) on the side to balance it out. I would go there just for that salad, the black vinegar garlic sauce is my favorite. I've never eaten in the location (only takeout), but there's plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Be sure to eat the noodles quickly - they loose their delicious texture the longer they sit.

The noodles were chewy. Spice amounts were good enough. Tastes good!
