Hired Dean for our pool permit expedition WHAT A MISTAKE. We were new to the area and did not know the rules of the town. It is now over a year later and still don’t have our permit finalized. They were hired to guide us through the process with the town ( as his website says) DO NOT HIRE there is a reason his company has 0 reviews on any social media site. We are complete screwed with our permit now because of 1 reason hiring this company. If we hired another company they surely would of led us in the right direction. The CRAZIEST part is during the permit process I attempted to hire the company for 3 more permits (3 staircases) and he never returned calls and did not come to us. So we hired a new company. Please please please do your self a favor do not hire this company and hire ANY one else.
