Shipped from Minnesota to Rhode Island within a week. Customer service was excellent. Installation was as easy as the videos on the website. Had it in the water in a few hours.
Excellent experience with Solo Dock. They arranged to get us our dock in a tight time frame before a holiday weekend. Everything arrived well and after the intial setup, getting pole depths correct and figuring out the system it really does work as well as they show in the videos. I literally put my hands up like Rocky after every dock section dropped perfectly into place. Worth every penny if you're on the fence about spending the vs another dock system.
