I went through Carpet Masters after hearing positive things about them through both friends and family. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I worked with both Michelle and Tom and had a great experience. I had initially went in looking for laminate but after talking to them about my needs I ended up with the Neptune Flooring vinyl planks in the Taos color. I got a great education on my floors and since they have been installed I have found the many benefits of having the vinyl planks that they talked about like the low maintenance and not having to worry about swelling when water gets on them. I get so many compliments on my flooring and have been extremely pleased with my purchase. I can't say enough how friendly and professional everyone I dealt with was and how happy I am with my decision to go with them. Thank you Carpet Masters!

I bought an odd sized area rug and I needed a pad to put under it. I called Carpet Masters and talked with Tom, gave him the size of my rug, and in about 30 minutes they had cut (under carpet pad) the exact size I needed. I love working with this company.

Dale was able to come out to our place right away to get us an estimate since we had an emergency flooring replacement and fine tuned our estimate with Melvin the installer shortly after. The store was open to look at flooring samples and the material we selected was local and Dale got us a great deal on our large order. The LVP came in within a week and was installed in our whole house by Melvin and his team in only 3 days! They were very efficient and did a great job! We love our new floors!
