This office advertises that they are open until 6pm. I arrived at 515pm to take a UA to find the office was closed. I called their office number and they said they were not sufficiently staffed to stay open until 6 so they closed early. I had to find a way across town to test at an office not affiliated with RMOMS. Upon arriving I was informed that not only do they charge 15 instead of 9 they only accept cash and do not give change so I had to leave and find a place to get exact change before I could do my test. On top Of this being an inconvenience it cost me twice as much as it should have because this office is not properly staffed. This is a matter of people going to jail if they don’t take a UA and in my opinion unacceptable to just close early because they don’t staff enough to keep their office open advertised hours.
