This is a must stop, shop and drink place in Longmont. Shoes & Brews have amazing staff, running gear and craft beers. Not to mention their community events and running socials that make it even better. Where else can you buy running shoes and get a free beer with your purchase? Highly recommend. One of my favorite places! Thanks for all you do.

In town visiting, friends suggested I stop in. In the front of the store you have a large running store: just about everything one would need to get out and pound the pavement, including store logo themed clothing. Of the running stores visited in Northern CO, this is probably at the top of my list. In the back of the store, there is tap room, where Shoes & Brews had a couple of their own brews shown as well as another 10-12 taps of local breweries. The tap room had a big bar as well as several tables. The two stores are separated, but you can get between through a door. The store hosts a running club, and they host several races annually. Also I was please to see a ‘800m’ speed ranking board. It would be fun to compete if I lived in the area.

Love this place! David was patient & kind as he helped me figure out exactly what my nearly 70 year old feet are needing, now that I'm dealing with some aging issues but still want to complete my daily 5-mile walks comfortably. The selection of shoes here is amazing! David took time to explain and show me options I have for adjustments. He was so concerned & helpful, it was like having a friend or family member assisting me. I left with a perfect pair of shoes for my needs, and a much better understanding of how to keep my feet happy.

Great rotating selection of beers. Prices are good. Easy to find once you know the place exits. Owners love beer and running, so this store is a real labor of love for them. One of my favorites! Just note the shoe store portion opens @ 10:00, but the bar doesn't open until 12:00.
