Thorough and detailed tune with a fast turnaround. Bike needed a tune and I called around to a couple shops. One shop told me they were booked out three weeks so I was delighted when CyclHops shop got my bike in immediately. Todd was attentive to detail and fixed a persistent shifting issue I've had for a while - a different bike shop didn't solve it on a previous tune up. Trek rides like new again. Thanks guys!
