Bought a storage shed from Bennnet Buildings about a month ago. From start to finish the entire experience has been great. Daphne helped us look at and compare our options and ended up ordering a new shed built to our specifications. I was told to allow 3 to for weeks for construction and delivery but was contacted the next week and received delivery. The shed is built we'll and looks beAutiful and we are extremely happy with our purchase. and will be recommending Bennet to everyone. Thanks for all your help guys!
We bought our shed in 2017. Within a year, we noticed a leak in one of the corners. When we called, we were told that Bennett Buildings was under new ownership and no longer services the buildings sold under the previous ownership. We are still making our payments as scheduled for a shed that I will have to tear apart and rebuild myself. This is very poor customer service and I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware!
Bought a storage bldg from Bennett Buildings in Little River. The Manager, Devin, was very helpful and not a pressure salesman at all. We understood that as a buyer, it was our responsibility to know the zoning laws for our area but he helped us with that as well. We did have one issue. Something hit the building while it was on the truck being delivered and left a small but noticeable dent/scratch. The bldg was fully paid for and we were expecting to hear \stuff happens\ or \It belongs to you now\ but when we called Devin he told us not to worry, that it was the companies responsibility until it was delivered and set up. The service dept had a repairman there within two weeks and replaced the whole panel. We couldn't be happier with our new building and Devin was a pleasure to work with. After shopping at other companies, I couldn't recommend Bennett Buildings and Devin high enough.
