I’ve been working for Ion for a couple years now and I love working for them. Management goes out of their way to ensure that we’re happy working there. I really wish some of these reviews would go away from ex-guards who wouldn’t put in any effort to do a good job, but do put in the effort to write scathing made up reviews. I’ve worked for companies that will just let anybody work regardless of skill or motivation, but this company only keeps hard working employees that want to uphold excellence in our duties. It feels good to know that no matter what event I work, I will be with a team of officers who are professional and will go out of their way to ensure our teams safety, the public’s safety, and our clients best interests at heart.

Very unprofessional company. Management is very rude and are very hard to work for. The charge several of their customers for one service then they provide another. When I left I asked them yo yo pse give me a copy of the equipment of theirs I had so I can return it in a timely fashion and never received it. 3 months later I get a call from the office manager Juno yelling at me to return their equipment or they would send through cops to my door and report me to throw security bureau. The cards are something you'd see from super troopers. I do not recommend tthiscompany at all.
