The people in the local office are nice and helpful but the folks they hire to do the installs are awful! I clearly showed the guys where a water line ran through and due to the lack of abilty to speak english the line was struck by a anchor they put in. They also tried to get me to give them 100.00 to level the building!! The management in north Carolina says they're not responsible and hung up on me. I don't like this company at all!
