Supper disappointed with my interaction. We used to partner with TPI and it was always such an easy, friendly experience. Now that they were acquired by United Site Service I will no longer be patronizing USS. I called in to rent and on top of not very friendly service I was told that my area has to have a special request to service and that someone would reach out to me. I haven't had a single call and it's been 2 days. Honey Bucket, however, answered my call right away and it took me all of 7 minutes to get a rental set up.
