Detailed pens. Lots of thought into product. Each is individualized which makes for a unique gift. I would creat a video (30-120 seconds) demonstrating the process from beginning to end. I would also offer individual engraving with options of : name, rank, years served. Would also come up with creative bags demonstrating such a unique product. Would recommend.
