As Central Florida’s favorite watering hole, Wekiva Island is situated on the north of Orlando. It is an indoor/outdoor recreation complex where you can enjoy the natural springs of Florida. Do not miss out on the chance to enjoy the sparkling Wekiva River and the year-round wildlife by kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. You will find a variety of activities for everyone such as corn hole, volleyball or go for a stroll on a picturesque boardwalk overlooking the river. If you want to spend a weekend in a tranquil destination close to nature that offers both water and land activities for the entire family, Wekiva Island is the best place to go in Orlando.

This entire are is very well kept & friendly vibes all around. Great place to take kids or just have a blast with friends on the river.

Had a nice time, enjoyed the weather and the nice atmosphere. If it weren't for the fact I had to rushed back to my hotel would had enjoyed more. Lots of fun things to do

This is probably the best place I've rented kayaks on the Wekiva river. They also have a nice bar, great outdoor seating areas, and decent food.

Very nice place to spend a pleasant time. But what I don't understand is why they charge before entering the bridge to the property. If they are going to charge a fee, they should announce it and not let us get to the entrance to tell us that we have to pay just to enter the place. Paying to just walk around the place when I pay for drinks, food, kayak and canoe rentals. No thanks
