Much needed retreat!! I’ve been to LOR several times. Doesn’t matter if it’s the saline tub, massage, facial or any other service offered I’m genuinely impressed with the facility and the staff.

Well I was really hoping for a relaxing day, but I did not find it here. To start, the robe.... scrachy and hideous. While I was in the sauna enjoying the calm music, an employee came in and dropped boots on the tile floor, scared me half to death I thought the sauna broke or something. Ok whatever, moving on. The massage therapist came in to get me and I followed her up the stairs to the room. I asked her how she was and she said \just ducky\ ??? Ymm ok awkward... I stated that it was a bit cold in there and she replied that it was because I just came out of the sauna, ok I can see that. As the massage began it was a very light for my preference, so I told her she can use more pressure. She then told me that to much pressure around the lower back and hips can cause problems. For one, I've had several massages and usually deep tissue massages, I didn't ask her why not, I'm telling her what I want. After she finishes with my back she offers me a hot towel and I accept. She moves on to my legs, after she finishes with my one leg I ask her to remove the towel on my back because it was wet and now cold. She tells me that she usually takes it off after she is done with both legs, AGAIN I did not ask for your opinion or how you \usually \ do it. I telling you to remove it! Throughout the whole 50 min, I could not relax due to the employees in the nail salon being sooo loud I could hear there whole conversation. You could hear everyone walking up and down the hall keys jangling as they walk past, and the person in the next room restalking their drawers and taking out the trash. I left so annoyed and even more tense then when I went in. I will never be back to this \million dollar spa
It was my first spa experience and it was absolutely amazing. I had Alex and I told her I was going to school for skin esthetics, she explained to me what she was doing while she was doing it and I absolutely loved that. It really gave me a feel for what I'm going to be doing the rest of my life. I can't wait to come back and bring my mom :) such amazing and friendly staff, clean environment and just the best experience all around
Such an amazing place to have in Minot of all places! I've been to LOR several times and every service I've gotten has been top notch! The Float therapy pod is a salt water immersion experience that can relax and rejuvenate you in as little as 25 minutes. I recommended it to a friend and she actually fell asleep in it! I've gotten facials, dermaplaning, brow lamination and even enjoyed the R&R day and no matter service I have done there, i always walk out of there feeling more relaxed, pampered and refreshed. What more could you ask for? Alex, who I've went to for dermaplaning and brow lamination, is so knowledgeable and gives great suggestions. You know when you're there that you're talking to people who really care about making sure you're being taken care of. The R&R day, was fantastic. I purchased the R&R Retreat with a friend to have a mini \spa-rty\ and those two hour were so much fun! Their hot tub was huge and amazing, we got mimosas, a lovely \snack\ but it was more like a mini lunch of a 1/4 sandwich and a side salad. Then the paraffin hand dip, eye covering and time in their relaxing room was just icing on the cake. The two hours felt like an entire day of pampering. Aly and Angie absolutely spoiled us during the time there.
I love your facility but I truly feel it is way overpriced for the pedicure I got. I have received the same service for less than half the cost at other salons in Minot. The ambiance is nice but I don't feel ambiance is worth paying an extra 30.00. Nancy gave me a very nice pedicure. It's the pricing that seems a little over the top for me.
