Don't waste your time and money. We had a problem with our refrigerator and they told us it was the plug to call an electrician. So we did. It was not the plug which worked fine. They then said they ordered a part that was bad. They didn't. Every time they charged us. Then they stopped answering their phone when we called. we are now over 2 weeks without a refrigerator and 2 or 3 service calls and now I have to start the entire process over.

I was referred to ABS Appliance by my insurance company and at first they seemed responsive by coming out to try to diagnose the problem. The first repair did not work, so they told me they would order a different part - the drum - to replace it. COVID hit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for months but they never called nor came to do the repair. When I contacted them recently they would not even take my name, phone number, address or anything. they just said that anything going back that far is too late and they won't honor it. I told him I would report him to not only the insurance company, but also BBB, and on line reviews and he said \Go ahead!\ The insurance company confirmed that they were paid, that they ordered the part, and that they closed out the ticket as if they had completed the job, which of course they did not. I don't recommend this business - they neither followed up, nor completed the job, and they are very unprofessional in their behavior and attitude.

Took months to get our claim fixed with them. In the end we dropped them and hired someone else, prepare yourself in calling them constantly because they won't call you or listen to the voice mails you leave with them. It's always convenient that they were just going to call you after two weeks of not getting back to you.
Pay attention to what the others are saying about this company in their one star reviews. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this company for any reason. They don't answer calls or return messages. I'm not sure how they are still in business.
