We are so glad we read the reviews and went with American Restoration for our mold remediation after a shower cracked upstairs left moisture in the walls downstairs with mold. It was an easy process with inspection, fair price quote, and they removed the mold very hygenically and professionally as well as reinstalled the drywall that was ripped off during the mold removal process too. During the entire time, they made sure to keep the living area downstairs and furniture clean with plastic covers, set up negative pressure for the mold, removed all the dust and debris, and after about 3 days, our downstairs was as good as new. They were also very responsive in their texts, including the time when they came back a second time to do additional spraying when a small spot of mold was missed in the ceiling. Their teams did a phenomenal and professional job and we are very pleased with the end result. I would use them again for any restoration needs.

American Restoration(AR) roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. We have a large end unit townhouse and the AR team completed the entire job in one day, including installation of two new high tech skylights. My 30 year old skylights were made out of wood, and the new ones are aluminum and there is a big improvement in the sunlight filtering through the glass of the new skylights. I can stand under the new skylights and don't feel any heat. The old skylights had no sunlight filtering at all and if you stood or sat under the old ones it was so hot. The AR team suggested a lighter color for shingles to reflect sunlight and keep my home cooler. With the new lighter color roof shingles and new skylights, my house is much cooler. My Air Conditioning doesn't run all the time anymore and my upstairs bedrooms are much cooler. I also got a very detailed estimate from the AR team that listed out everything including the replacement of all of the seals around the vent poles on the roof and AR did an excellent job putting a new seal package around our brick chimney. I read allot of info on line about shingles and the AR team correctly installed Certain Teed shingles. Roofers must be properly trained to install Certain Teed shingles as those shingles are heavier and last longer then other shingles. Do not trust untrained fly by night roofers to install a heavy duty Certain Teed roofing system properly. I must also commend the AR team for the complete price package for my roof that was 4000 below several of the \big companies\ in the area. My neighbors also commented on how nice the new roof looked and how fast they did the job. I want to thank AR again for a great job, done fast, and saving me allot of money.

I’d highly recommend ARS if you find yourself with a water issue!! I recently walked into our finished basement after some heavy rain and discovered that we had water issues coming from somewhere. The carpet in half our family room was soaked. This was at 7 or 8 in the evening. Didn’t know who to call or what to do, so I started Googling away. That’s how I discovered ARS. I called that night and spoke to Nate Welch, who offered to come by the house that night to assess the damage and begin remediation. After getting the space properly dried out and dehumidified a few days later, we realized the issue had been there for a while. When we started looking behind the baseboard and the drywall, we discovered our worst fear – mold. After discussing the process with Nate, the ARS team came in and professionally remediated the mold issues. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the place just as they found it - minus the mold, drywall, carpet and carpet padding that was damaged : ) The ARS team did a great job for us and I’d highly recommend them. It’s a gross feeling to discover a water issue in your basement. If you find yourself in that unfortunate position, you want to work with someone you can trust. Nate made himself available at all hours to address our concerns. He was very patient as we peppered him with questions. And he always provided his honest opinion and advice, even when that may not have been best for the company’s bottom line. That’s not easy to find today.
