The good is that the staff and Dr. Hubbard were nice to me. I'm able to get appointments scheduled within a few days. The downside is that it takes a while to get through to the office on the phone (15 minutes). Their follow up with me hasn't been great. Also, the doctor didn't spend much time with me and I don't think he gave me an accurate diagnosis.

Friday 10/16/2020 I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Saddler at 3:15. I even arrived 5 minutes early. I did my COVID screening. After 30 minutes of sitting in the waiting I set my pain threshold at45 minutes. I planned to leave at 4 pm. At 3:58 pm the tech escorted more to the back waiting room. After 15 more minutes of waiting it was time for me to go. At no time did anyone come in to tell me what was going on. Why was I experiencing such an abnormal delay or anything else. I did not receive anything near patience service.

Dr. Saddler is wonderful!!!! I highly recommend him if surgery is ever required. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I've never had to wait no more than 15 minutes to be seen. Excellent location and easy to get to. Thank you.. I will be back.

This office has zero respect for other people's time. I have never been seen within an hour of my appointment time. If your appointment is at 3, expect to be seen sometime after 4:00.

Just a little frustrated with the wait time. I’ve now been sitting in the waiting room for 65 minutes. Since they called 2 people back for the doctor at the same time, I’m wondering if they double book appointments. I appreciate the doctor is busy but I could have stayed at work this hour.
