I called and asked if they cut Jeep keys. A simple yes or no answer. Instead, I was circled around from one person to another. Each person I spoke to had no idea why I was calling because the woman that originally answered my call didn't even explain to the person I was transferred to as to why I called in the first place. I guess they don't need my business.

An absolute nightmare. Use them at your own risk. I wouldn’t allow them in my house again. Listening to and reporting your private conversation. Smh ***Adding the following after their reply... You failed to say that your technician listened or “heard” a private conversation between my husband and I then he went outside called your dispatcher shared the private conversation with her, came back inside, handed me “his” phone and said the dispatcher wants to talk to you. And yes just like any other woman would do, I asked him to leave because he was not trustworthy, I did not use bad language but I was very mad about being disrespected in my own house. You did not call to ask if we could have another technician to put the 5 locks he had taken out back so we called another locksmith. Also, to be clear we were not going to dispute the “charges” , we were going to give you a feedback about how to be more clear the next time a customer calls so they won’t be put in the situation we were put in. Next time be more clear and make sure the customer is aware of all the charges before the locks and cores are pulled out not after they been taken out as you can see in the pictures. ***You can go back and forth to make the customer look bad but you guys failed at your job. As you can see my husband and i have our names shared but I’m still leaving your name and your technician names out. Best of luck to you and your company, just treat customers better.

We have a small family business. Many years ago our employee lost the key for the cash register draw, for I brought the whole draw there and the Korean guy only charged me for 25 which I thought was pretty reasonable. This time our store both safe were locked, so we immediately thought about them without doing any research, my husband called them for emergency service. The technician showed up at 6pm which I was really appreciated. He resolved the problem but when I looked at the bill, lord, 734 for about 1-1.5 hours labor because of OT. I honestly think this is way too expensive. It’s kind of urgent but we can wait a couple of days if I know the price would be this high. My fault I should have asked the price, but I probably won’t choose them ever again because fixing two safes costed me 1459. I will make sure to do some review search first.
