Exceptionally well. Adam was very professional, deeply knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything he was doing and recommending. I believe he made an accurate assessment that my furnace is going out but was not overly pushy in recommending an immediate replacement. Instead, he provided advice on how to keep it running for a bit longer while also providing a clear comparison of replacement options. Based on my experience with Adam, I am sure it will be a pleasure to do business with IAQ Medics in the future.

IAQ's technician Brandon Thomas did a superb job in quickly identifying the issue with my a/c unit and he quickly restored the cooling to my over-heated house!

Will not name the companies that came by but refused to work on the American Standard 5ton packaged Unit. Finally came across Air Quality Medics and they immediately new the unit and scheduled a service call the next day. Met Harold who diagnosed the issue and explained all my options. Cut forward, I have the piece of mind knowing I have a company that has experienced technicians at my disposal moving forward! And yes, I signed up for their maintenance program!
I’ve had this company out to service my AC, clean ducts, and place an aging water heater. Each time a technician showed up they were some of the most friendly and professional I ever seen. When we had the water heater replaced, we went with the recommended Rinnai tankless system. Dario and Joe were awesome in how they worked together to get the system installed quickly and without issue. We have been using this system now for about 7 months and love it. Thank you IAQ Medics!!
