Picked this low key practice at this location because I wanted an Inova doctor for personal reasons. Although I kept coming back for routine annual checkups, I recognized there was nothing unique about the provider I used-Dr Hwang. But it doesn’t need a genius to draw blood and do CBC so I let it be. Well, now they have proved they lack courtesy and professionalism on top of it. So I’m forced to look for another pc who can send out lab orders. Dr Hwang and her staff are robotic and just below average to put up with the incompetence. There are so many intelligent as well as personable primary care doctors in NoVA so I’d advice you pass on this one.
