Walked in today to see a mask less dude filling out forms at the desk in the line. He was unashamed and didn't even have a mask with him that I could see. No one confronted him and he was allowed to conduct his business as usual. Also, another guy was in the back room (not an employee) with his mask under his chin until he had already walked past several people. What's the point of a rule if it isn't enforced? It becomes a suggestion in the event of no consequences. Ugh
This post office doesn’t always look in the back to see if there was any mail left over or forgotten in the back. This lady her name is CeCe wouldn’t even get off the phone for me and look. There was a nice gentleman who has several times before especially when I’ve had issues with the mailman. This isn’t the best post office and lots of things have been lost
The worst Post Office I’ve ever dealt with. While I was moving to another residence, a package was returned to sender. To prevent that from happening a second time, I went to the post office myself, where I was told it was out for delivery. I told them what happened and they just repeated the same thing, assured me my package would arrive. To make a long story short, it’s been about two months and I still don’t have my second package. It was never forwarded and I even submitted a package search on the Usps website with no results. It’s just gone I guess
