I recently purchased a CPAP device from Quality DME. Upon receiving the new device, I received valuable training from one of the Quality DME staff. She explained how the machine worked and how I should use it. I slept over 7.5 hours the first night using the new machine. It worked great and I look forward to years of deep, non-interrupted sleep.

Quality DME was excellent from the start. They first called me the day my doctor put my prescription in to let me know they were starting to get my order together. They continued to keep in touch with information about my insurance process, down to the day when my equipment would be delivered. I was then contacted by Janelle to set up machine. Janelle was very patient and knowledgeable. She went into every little detail on how to use and maintain my equipment. Overall this was an incredible experience. I have already recommended them to a co-worker.

I have been a patient of Quality DME for almost a year now and the gentleman that delivered and explained my DME equipment was absolutely stellar. He was professional, kind and understanding. It has been difficult to find a great DME provider but I finally did! Since my initial appointment, all of my supply orders have been handled quickly and professionally from initial order, to shipping and insurance/billing, all are outstanding. Great equipment and first class technicians demonstrating how to use it. I have had CPAP machines before but DME is by far the best.
