On the day of my estimate, I jumped in the shower and came out to 2 missed calls within a minute of each other, 15 minutes prior. I tried calling back 3 times for the next 20 minutes (assuming it was them because no voicemail was left). When the rep answered, he said the technician was on his way to the NEXT appointment. Apparently it is their policy to NOT go to the home of a potential client who made the appointment because \it upset people for the technician to show up unexpectedly\. I guess it makes perfect sense to upset the person who IS hoping for a technician to simply SHOW UP.

Hi Jeff Sears Customer Service rep told me she would notify you right away as my garage door is not operational again. It went half way up and wouldn't go down. I am concerned that this garage door is a danger. May need to replace it and all of the mechanism associated with it. PLEASE have a repairman come back out to my home, hopefully, today, Wednesday, June 3. 2020. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET HELP REGARDING SEARS GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. PAID IN FULL ..INSTALLED MAY 19 2020. HAD TO REQUEST REPAIR SERVICE 3 TIMES SINCE INSTALLATION. THE SEARS GARAGE DOOR MGR IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY PLEADS FOR REPAIR.....NO MATTER WHAT! I JUST WANT THE GARAGE DOOR TO OPEN CLOSE WHAT WOULD YOU DO? BELIEVE ME ITS WORSE THAN HELL TO GET ASSISTANCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT HELP. GIVE MGR MY MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL. BUYER BE WARE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU START TO HAVE ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASES.

Save yourself the time and the headache. The initial consultation went through without a hitch, promised a repair date and time well that changed 3 times! Even after they had removed the weather seal allowing mice critters and everything else in. Called customer support several time and they said I TOLD dispatch I wanted a later date! I decided to wait it out another 3 days we’ll guess what they didn’t show up! Even having called before the appointment time to confirm and then I called them after the no show and they said I was rescheduled 3 days later! The customer service rep promised a return call within the hour guess what? No return phone call lol what joke and they make you pay upfront. NEVER AGAIN!

Our rep was Ray Gonzalez who was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable of the Sears product. In addition he was so helpful as we are senior citizens. He was patient and explained options so That we were clear and understood what we were purchasing. I highly recommend Sears and Mr. Gonzalez.

I have had the most not only enlightening, but enjoyable experience with Mohammed Etemadi. The gentleman educated me on the necessity of replacing as opposed to repairing in some cases, and as a result advised me of how important it was to replace my 23 year old unit. Instead of putting a bandaid on a suck-in chest wound, I replaced the unit at a moderate price and in exemplary time. Never have I had an experience with a technician of such professionalism and know how.
