Jose Chavez and Cheryl Crawford went above and beyond to help me out AFTER their office had already closed for a holiday weekend. Cheryl called Jose to get me the help I needed, Jose showed up early the next morning to sort out the problem and give me a tutorial on how to manage the compactor, an entire truck full of employees showed up to haul away a weeks worth of moving boxes and packing materials - in less than two hours all was restored to calm, machinery functioning smoothly and the trash room clean and empty. And through it all -- although it had snowed and was 23 degrees -- everyone was cheerful and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for this sterling service!
They do seem to be efficient at removing trash and recycling. However, they do the pickup in my neighborhood two times a week at 6:30 AM and they are SO LOUD. I've complained to the company and my association several times but after about a month they are back at it again, speeding up and down the tiny street, banging the hatch on the truck, throwing containers around, and three guys running back and forth yelling, all between 6:30 and 7:00 AM.
Nice staff, reasonable prices and great service.I switched to them from another waste management service and very happy about it. Definitely recommend.
Very good service for my commercial clients, easy to work with and reach when needing to discuss anything!
