Hands down, the best company I have worked with in many many years. These people know what \Taking care of the customer\ is all about. We ordered a Artemis XL5 - The unit has a small sway in it, enough to notice, but with the quality of the fan, it should not. I called and spoke with Terry and he sent me a replacement along with the new sloped ceiling adapter to make sure its not the equipment. This level of customer service is outstanding it will restore your opinion in what customer service is all about. Hands down, I would recommend this company to any person looking to replace your fixtures in your home. Thanks for the best experience!

I ordered two items. One of the two items arrived today and the other is soon to follow. The delivery that I received today was a light fixture that I saw in Hansen's clearance sale. It is very good quality and the price was great -- I did not see any online prices as low as what I paid for the light. I just finished installing it, and It looks great too!

I can't imagine a company that offers more information or better customer service. Hansen's website offers very specific information on hundreds of ceiling fans and is easy to search. If you want advice on selecting specific fans for particular uses, their salesmen are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Their customer service responds quickly and politely. This is a company that shows its commitment to customers with an amazing level of integrity.

The quality of the fan selection is head and shoulders above what you would find on the shelf at any big box store. The comparison graphs with CFM, wind speed and efficiency ratings are super helpful in determining the right fan for your application. Customer service is very good. Terry was super helpful and shipping is quick. I have purchased several fans here and will continue to do so.

Website constantly loads pages that are unreadable. Have tried three different web browsers with same result over multiple days. So frustrating! Was finally about to order, added a third fan to cart and cart deleted itself. Customer service was friendly but their one emailed direct search link was to vague. But this web site is one of the better ones.... if it works.
