Yesterday, I found what I wanted online but did not get the discount, so I called the store, they verified the discount, had all 3 pairs in stock ,or could get them, free delivery in 3 days!!!! amazing! The gentleman who helped me, was kind , patient...I changed my mind on one color., and helpful. Have always loved this store and the folks that work there. Now in Covid, I am delighted to find I can get my shoes this way, and get my discount... perfect!

Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, and she steered me to exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the store being open a bit later (until 6 pm), too.

Aaron took care of me while I was there, giving comments about the different shoes I was looking at and suggesting ones that would be good for my condition (was referred by a doctor for orthodics and shoes with arch support.) He helped me with more than what I originally came in about, and was attentive and communicated with me through the entire experience. Really appreciated it!
I'm in between finding the personnel helpful and pushy. Depends on who is there. Some people will do the best they can and some will try to sell you What they have and convince you that the shoe will fit better (when probably won't)
