From the start of my engagement ring project, I knew Elan was the person I wanted to work with. From the very first phone call, I could just feel it. However, due to the importance of my project (which was a fully bespoke engagement ring), I knew I would still need to meet with Elan in person before feeling fully comfortable in moving forward with him. My in person consultation only solidified my confidence in him and that we both had the same vision for the ring. He moved swiftly, but never once did i feel pressured. He absolutely took the project at my pace. He even talked me down from SPENDING MORE money on diamonds for the sake of the beauty and integrity of the final piece. During this project, Elan suffered a personal tragedy and yet, he remained focused and dedicated to finishing my ring (even though I gave him room to process his loss). We absolutely LOVE the ring Elan and his team designed and constructed for us. It is extremely unique and VERY beautiful. They even resized it when we realized it was a bit too large for my fiance and turned it around in the same day! They listen, work swiftly, are not pushy, are polite, personable, fair on price and do fantastic work! We will absolutely continue to work with Elan and 1800 Loose Diamonds for future jewelry needs!

I bought my diamond engagement ring from a jewelry store inside the Los Angeles jewelry district named 1-800 Loose Diamonds. They had the largest selection of GIA certified diamonds at wholesale prices that I was able to find in Los Angeles. Elan and Michelle were very pleasant and knowledgeable with regards to diamonds and jewelry and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I was able to create the perfect diamond and engagement ring combination!
